I am really fed up being so overweight, and have decided to start using Cambridge Diet again. I gave up before due to financial reasons but am now solvent and can afford it again! It was just easier to eat the same as everyone else instead of buying extra on top of the weekly shop - I have no doubt in my mind that if I didnt have a man and two kids I would be at my goal weight and maintenance! Excuses, Excuses... But no more!

Weighing in at 15st 03 today. Going to make Friday my weighing day though so will be updating weight progress weekly on a Friday. Going to try and not weigh in between...

Todays menu is Vanilla, Strawberry and Oriental Chili Soup. Have drank around 2 litres of water already (have been fighting my hunger with water!).

My goal weight is 8st 08lbs - seems like a long way off but sticking to Cambridge I will reach that weight around June. *cheesy grin* :-)
